I started this with my nephew last year, it's a $35 roadmaster I picked up used. We stripped it last summer, set up the jig as you can see, cut the main tubes and extended it forward, but didn't have the tubing at the time to finish it. Anyhoo, I got my shop pretty much done now, the tubing bender in place and the notch cutter and here's what I have so far. It's not a chopper, sorta chopper-like. I started working on the lower tube the other day. We have the forks, bars, rims, etc. too. I'll update when I can, enjoy.
